Discover the benefits of avocado toast.
Good Morning!! Today as breakfast of the week we bring you a delicious toast with avocado accompanied by Kukicha Tea, we will tell you about the benefits of these two foods. Do not miss it!
Avocado has become a staple of diets in recent years. Apart from its rich flavor, it has a long list of healthy components such as magnesium, proteins, potassium, vitamins B6, E, and K, folic acid, fiber…
Avocados have long been wrongly pigeonholed as a high-fat food. It should be noted that this high-fat content is beneficial for our body.
It is rich in folic acid, an essential substance in the development of pregnancy, providing both the baby and the mother with essential substances for their health.
Source of vitamin C which means that it is a great antioxidant.
Contains vitamin D, essential for bone care.
It helps to lose weight in a controlled way as it speeds up metabolism, controls fat levels in the blood, and is rich in fiber.
Healthy for the eyes.
Great nutritional value. Thus, it is added to a wide variety of dishes thanks to its good flavor and rich texture. For example, it is the main ingredient in Mexican guacamole.
Diners: 1 person
Time: 10 minutes
•1 toast or 2 (depending on how much you eat for breakfast)
Cut the avocado in half vertically
Separate the skin of the avocado from the meat trying not to take pieces of meat with the skin.
Cut the entire half of the avocado horizontally into thin slices (to taste, I like them thin). In case you are going to have two toasts or you are two people, cut the two halves of the avocado.
Once the toast is ready add a small splash of oil and a pinch of Maldon salt
Finally, take a block of avocado slices and place them on top of the toast.
For Kukicha tea, fill a cup with water, heat, and place the teabag in the cup.
You can also add egg to the recipe or some fruit like pomegranate to make it fresher
The toast can be of any type, I usually buy whole spelled toast with seeds, (they can be found in health food stores)
In case you have bought the Kukicha Tea in bulk:
Take a small saucepan and boil water.
Once the water is boiling, remove the saucepan from the heat and add the tea twigs
Let it infuse for 5-7 minutes
Take a strainer and strain the infusion into a cup to drink it.
