How to consume pomegranate

10 grams of pomegranate peel;

1 cup of boiling water.

Preparation Mode

Place the shell in the cup of boiling water. Cover and leave resting for 10 minutes. After this period, strain and drink a warm cup 2 to 3 times a day.

Side effects of pomegranate tea

Consuming pomegranate in large quantities can cause problems such as dizziness and vomiting due to its high content of alkaloids.


However, when infusions are prepared, this danger does not exist, because the alkaloids bind to other substances called tannins that are extracted from the tea, removing its toxicity.
